    • Hey Joan, yes the illumiflow laser caps are designed as a one size fits all.

They say on their site the following, “Based on baseball cap sizing, the equivalent would be approximately 7 5/8 – 7 3/4 (24 inches circumference).

However, as the laser cap fits higher up on the scalp (vs a ball cap that is pulled down snugly), sizing isn’t necessarily 1:1 to baseball cap sizing.”

      Hope that helps.

  1. If it doesn’t work after seven months can I get my money back.

    • So it depends on which company you go with.

Each has its own unique return policy/money-back guarantee. If you know which laser cap you are going to get I can help you understand the actual policy.

  2. Explain the cost per laser differences in detail. What are the precise factors driving the pricing between the companies? Aren’t the laser diodes essentially the same in all cases?

    Reply
    • Hey Ernie, laser diodes generally come from one of several reputable electronics manufacturers, so quality across the laser cap brands that use them is generally similar. There are no ‘precise factors’ or special mathematical formula for ‘cost per laser’, but rather a way to express value between each laser cap brand.

As you mentioned and as we are confirming, the reputable laser cap brands are essentially using the same lasers – it just becomes a game of skipping past the marketing fodder between brands and equating value – not just by cost per diode, but by factors such as warranty and customer support as well.
